I thought it would be good to smoke since one time i smoked with shrooms and it was the best feeling i have ever felt haha.

Do you always have anxiety attacks when smoking? Even though you've taken long breaks?

Seriously watch out guys. HPPD and other illnesses from psych usage are serious things. Inform yourself and watch out for warning signs.

You still have a good chance that it'll get better with time. Just eat healthy and be healthy in general. And take a break for all psychoactive substances, even caffeine. Time is the most important factor with this.

I'm pretty much fucked, my symptoms haven't gotten any better in over a year.
