Extremely strict gun legislation, unfortunately. I'm not really depressed or anything, I just don't like life, so it makes going out of my way to kill myself too much of a hassle. If things start getting too damn hard to put up with I'm sure I'll find a way.

Sometimes the only thing that keeps us going is how long we've survived already. It seems like such a waste to die now. But then again, what's the real waste? Throwing time down the drain, propelled by nothing aside from pure spite for everything life has put us through? What in the name of god or whatever runs this hell is the point of that?

Our true tormentor, I would contend, is not depression. Is not the people who have used and abused us, nor the fracturing of our willpower. It's this biological imperative to survive it all. It seems as if no matter how much happens to us, that ancient human engine never fully shuts off. It's stalled on many occasions, but never long enough to make a difference. And why? It doesn't need a reason. It's monstrous and near unstoppable.

Nevertheless, nothing is indefatigable but entropy. Our day--the little push or shove we need--is on its way, I'm sure. We can be sure of that and nothing else.

Might eventually. I figure I'll die soon enough as it is.
