Any other sufferers here? I need to cure this by next year. I'm so fucking tired of it. I can't do anything I want.

Carpal Tunnel fucking sucks m8
I know that feel
How long have you had it?
>>39570925
I know that feel. I've had it about 9 months now. I love to write, type, throw things, but now I have to decide whether those things are worth the extra pain I'll feel afterwards.

I wanna start up an art career but I just can't put in more than 2 hours a day, when I need 4x that
started eating foods to combat it and eating vitamin b supplements, and cut out video games completely
still time will tell

Try doing wrist exercises

>inb4 WebMD is garbage
these exercises really helped me when I first had it three years ago. It also prevents the need to go to surgery, which is expensive. I could even do vidya after 6 months. I'm not sure what cubital tunnel is or how it works with carpel tunnel

I am yeah, but my big problem is I damage my arms nearly every night when I sleep
I brought this up with my doctor today and she almost laughed at me about it. I NEED to find a way to stay sleeping on my back and not turn around to press my body against my hands.
Shit is fucked. But I must find a way. If I can do that, I can see myself slowly healing. As it is now, it's back-and-forth battle.

Do you wear a wrist brace? My doctor got me one as soon as I was diagnosed. One that could be worn whenever for my primary hand and one to wear on my other hand at night. It's helped out a lot. I wear it until I need to use my hand for things like drawing or moving things and I can play vidya or type with it on.
Other than that, b12 supplements have done the most for me. I find that the pain gets manageable as long as I'm on b12 but even when I keep everything up, without the b12 the pain all comes back.

Get a new doctor. I shopped around until I found one that was always professional and took every symptom seriously.

Your doctor sounds like a comedian to me
I don't have a doctor but because 1 year of uni so far I know very basic anatomy

Fellow cubital tunnel sufferer here. Once I started wearing elbow braces to bed I found I almost never end up on top of my hands anymore. It's awkward as fuck though and I already had trouble sleeping so fuck me.
