I used not to care about it at all. Only after coming here and reading a lot of viewpoints and posts about this stuff i realised how much i've actually missed out on, since before that i didn't care about other people. How did you accept it all?

psychotherapy is the conventional method. Look up cognitive behavioral therapy. It's basically being in the state of mind to logic your way through shit in every single social situation and realizing nobody pays much attention to the cringey stuff you do.
You ordering pizza and stuttered? Just correct yourself and realize he probably didn't even register that you stuttered and forgot about you the moment the pizza was done. You so anxious you can't play online games anymore because you are worried your teammates will flame you? They forgot about it as soon as you left. I'm pretty bad at it but that's the general way to start. Then, you just start exposing yourself as much as you can, like sitting alone in the park or something for 20 minutes. Move up to progressively more difficult tasks.
That is how to beat it, but it takes a shit ton of work. Sorry if you want an easy answer but if you want change that's what you have to do. Pyschologist and psychiatrist help make it easier but it's up to you if it's worth the effort. Personality disorders generally decrease with age so there's that alternate approach
