Depression isn't constant. With the things you mentioned, I would be miserable a lot less of the time and the stress would be more bearable.
BTW if you quit smoking you will cease to be antisocial, even if you remain asocial.

That's what medication is for. I've been taking Prozac since I was 16 for general and social anxiety and I literally walk around giving ZERO fucks. Like it's amazing. I still have a boring personality but w/e I'm not extremely nervous or anxious about situations anymore and I'm barely stressed.
Not sure how I would've made it through college and my job w/o it. Go see a therapist
