Tomorrow is the day lads. I will start counting calories and I will lose the 20-25 pounds that I have gained from binge eating while being home for the summer from college. I will not eat more than 1600 calories per day and I will add cardio to my weight lifting routine. I will also stay away from junk food and sweets. I can't afford to make any more excuses because I am tired of doing this over and over again

Definitely focus on the clean eating, man. 1600 calories of shitfood will noticeably be different than 1600 calories of healthy stuff, especially in the mental health department. Also remember to get a full night's worth of sleep (something I could really use right now...)
