I've been asked once in my life.

First of all, i must explain that i'm a KV because i wanted it that way, all my life i've refused to do anything with a girl if i don't love her, i preffer to die alone than to be with someone that i don't love. Answer I gave depends entirely on the audience. In college, I lied about it a few times (mainly to blue collar guys I've worked with). Most everyone else I've just been blunt if the questions ever arisen (only a couple times among family/friends).

To be honest, a lot of people have been surprised with the answer when I say I haven't been. The awkward scenario is when they ask why, as if I magically have an answer. I haven't been on r9k since I was 18... but lately I've been feeling a bit frustrated with all of this. All of my friends have recently gotten girlfriends/boyfriends. And it makes me feel sort of inadequate.
