Practice doing things that make you anxious and become desensitized to it. Feel the anxiety, let envelope you, pretty soon it won't feel so strong

I started a new job one year ago and tried as hard as I could to fight through the anxiety. One year later and my job makes me even more anxious than when I first started.

Go out, it's the final solution. No joke.

I mean my crippling anxiety took a few years to get over and each time I thought I'd never beat it but it's like a marathon

I feel you, its just I've been this way for so long and its just been getting worse. As far as I can remember its been a decade, and it could of even been longer but I don't remember too much as a child.

Go seek clinical help from a psychologist. If they try to refer you to a psychiatrist for generic meds before hitting several sessions, tell them to fuck off and quit being lazy at their job. You can suppress it, man, you'll get there some day. Keep working at it and know right now that you will have horribly awful days in your future but you will also have amazing ones that are anxiety-free if you keep on working at it.

I've probably been to 7 or so therapists and around 5 psychs in my life. They are all scam artists with no talent
