I'd say you should, go down the rabbit hole!
Just remember to be self aware and think about yourself every once in a while, so it doesn't consume you to the point of needing medical help ie drugs or addiction
I'm also talking of experience, got so disgusted with myself at one point I gave up fapping entirely
