This is what I've concluded. We need affirmative action and quotas for people with diagnosed autism. If you have autism you should be guaranteed the spot.

Women, Black people, and Mexicans aren't oppressed. Autistic people are so we need affirmative action and mandatory quotas. I say all companies above 100 people should hire 1 percent autistic people. If they can't find an autistic person they need to let the next autistic person automatically take the job.
Autists can have high IQs and those autists deserve college.
