Dude, Just start walking up to someone and talking to them. Everyone has to start somewhere. Basically, you have nothing to lose, but everything to win. Even if you do manage to make an ass of yourself (which I doubt, cause if you're honest with other people, they will almost certainly be okay with you), you have at least made an attempt to make contact. Which is brave. And which will make you friends in the end. Don't worry, it will be fine. Pick up your guts.

It will take time and stress, but everyone experiences this. You will also notice how many problems other people have besides yourself, once you start talking. Many, many people are autistic as hell about other things in which you may even excel. Everyone has been through shit in their lives. Everyone.

I've been doing this, not really going up to talk to people, but talking to people in my classes/around me. Hasn't gotten me anywhere.

This will be me in a month and I have idea how to deal with it. My subject only has 20 people in it too, the setup feels like high school all over again.

It just takes time. Not all 'friendships' come into existence spontaneously. My first, and only classmate-friend took me a year to bond with. Every person and every contact, is different. I have faith in you.

Eventually I found a friend (idk if he is using me for the grades) at the end of the first year.
I am still completely friendless besides that though.
