Obviously you both know that you're bullshitting, that's not the point. Nobody thinks they're fooling the interviewer with this shit. It has nothing to do with their intelligence. It's about demonstrating that you know what they want and that you're capable of producing it. If you can fake the persona it's effectively the same as if it was sincere.
