I've been neeting for 5 years on and off (probably 2 years cumulated).
Today I'm getting up for a job, and it feels like I'm going through everything bad humans could experience.
Did you guys manage to integrate back into the active life?

Easily. Just don't feel pity for yourself like everyol degenerate on r9k. Do what you can, stop crying, stop looking g at weeb shit. And you win

I did
It takes some getting used to but the important thing is dont do drugs or shit like that and maybe pick up lifting/running as a hobby too. It will make you more happy and fit in general which makes the entire process easier.

Oh yeah also this
Stop all the toxic hobby's. No more faggot shit like anime or tfw no gf posting. Better yet to not post on 4chan at all but I dont follow that rule myself so im not expecting you to. Stay busy, dont drink, dont smoke, dont do drugs since they fuck with your mental health. Find a hobby like running/lifting or even follow a course. It takes a little time but you'll get used to your new lifestyle.
One more thing: try to minimize gaming. Playing the occasional game for fun (like watching a movie) is fine. But don't spend the bigger part of your day inside games. That will make it harder to go back to work. At least for me.

What if you are obsessed with achievements?
I left neetdom, became a tranny, started a successful pet services business, and became a public servant making about 80k/yr.
I'm pretty happy these days. I even have a chad boyfriend desu. Didn't even have to give up my weeb hobbies or become socially competent. All I had to do was believe in myself and work hard!

Whoa easy there, don't ruin every fun in your life. Don't smoke, that's dumb. But drink and weed is fine (moderately). But true with running/lifting, it will hurt at start but you will feel really good after a month or so
I'm 45 and have been a NEET my entire life.
