There was never a path for citizenship for DACA recipients. The only ways to get citizenship for people like us is to marry a citizen, or get sponsored by a company that will vouch for you and even then you're talking financing/tech etc.

DACA recipients only got a work permit and a social and that's it. Not benefits, no voting rights. If anything we were free money since we have to pay taxes.

I'm 29, have a bachelor's degree from UCR, and I CANT FIND A HALF DECENT JOB. I've been employed in probably a dozen near minimum wage dead end jobs since high school.

Here in California there are BOATLOADS of spics working in all kinds of industries, and they REALLY have a stranglehold on the low to middle skill jobs that pay around double minimum wage. This tends to leak back into the offices of these firms too. HR and other support functions tend to be filled by spics.

I look forward to wages going up and more job openings.

I hope Trump continues to rustle the jimmies of the leftist leadership that runs this state.

The whole point of immigration is that another country has already done the work training the immigrant. We get an Indonesian immigrant who has had pre-k to highschool and then went to Oxford for a masters on UK taxpayer dime and we take this person without any of the expenses of raising a fucking kid.

With DACA kids, we pay for their public schooling, college, and then they compete with the kids of us citizens for jobs. It's a really dumb economic incentive. Birthright citizenship needs to end and DACA won't be needed in 20 years.

There was never a path for citizenship for us. Never ever. DACA was implemented to bring out of the shadows the children of immigrants who were brought to this country as minors through no consent of their own.
To be a citizen you need a green card. To get a green card you need to marry a citizen, be albert einstein smart and get vouched by a company, or be victim of a crime in US. That's it. A lot of people don't qualify. Or do you advocate marriage for papers fraud? Because that's a thing. My parents keeps telling me to marry someone for their papers but I won't do that. Not only because it's wrong and morally wrong for the person you're marrying but I'm a handholdless/kissless/virgin that's never even had a gf in 23yrs of life. So I'm pretty much out of options.
