I've had the same problem. There are two ways to fix it that I've used.

1. Stop jacking off. I'm not saying do the whole nofap faggotry shit, but I got so much sensitivity back after not jacking off for about 2 weeks. At least cut down on porn.

2. Make sure you actually like the chick. While it may not be obvious, whether or not you like the chick, or if she is good at sex is insanely important. The difference between some chicks in this regard is like night and day. Its difficult to just be hard instantly, you gotta work your way there and be in the right mindset.

Also you probably don't need pills. I thought I would need them, but once I started having sex with people who actually knew what they were doing, I was totally fine. Plus not jacking off helped.
