Well 1p-LSD is pretty much indistinguishable from real LSD. You should read trip reports on al-lad and decide for yourself which one to do.

if you're a beginner they'll all be pretty similar in terms of their context in your frame of reference about drugs or altered states in general.
i suggest you make sure you can get used to marijuana, if you haven't already, if that's what you mean by beginner or not.
