Yup my dad is the most dedicated man I know. He has a lot of will power. He said he wanted to lose weight and he did. He was 300+ in high school and by the time he was 21 he had dropped to 200lbs. He eats a ton I've never seen someone with such an appetite besides myself but he had a labor heavy job so he keeps his weight at 180-200lbs. I'm in the 300s now but I'm slowly losing it. I just wish I was as disciplined as him.
