I keep playing,do you think I will ever get good just by tabs/youtube and probably some music theory later from the internet?I want to reach a level where I can express myself with music.I am afraid that if I do not have any friends to jam with I will not be as good.I am having a lot of fun though.

Aslong as you find joy in playing, you'll improve! I've imporved alot, and to tell the truth, i even suprised myself of how good i become after only a year. I only used tabs and youtube, and later, reccently i play my own music (play around with things i learned, and which sounds good). I never really played with anyone else.

Oh, a tip, if you don't play new things, you wont improve and new give up, its all about practice.
