One of the most cringe days of my existence was giving a presentation that I had not prepared for.
I wasn't good at speaking in front of people to begin with, but I hadn't prepared a speech or notes to accompany my project so I just ended up winging it which didn't work so well. I tripped up on my words a lot, didn't elaborate, paused a lot, didn't address the class, and ended up cutting my presentation very short. I learned from that experience.
The most ironic part was that my project itself was actually really well put together.
