Possible iron deficiency. Spend more time outside, take iron supplements or just open your window for a few hours a day. It could also be that you don't sleep enough, or at the wrong times. I'd recommend going to sleep before 12 o'clock every night for a week or so and waking up before 09:00. At the very least, sort out a sleep schedule that you can adhere to consistently i.e going to sleep for a set number of hours, (anywhere between 7 and 9 hours is ideal) regarless of when you go to sleep.
