total failure in life here. i think the more important thing for fellow failures, and it is probably cliche cause i stole it from the group therapy prayer,
but if you suck at everything, accept the fact that you suck at everything. And, just improve yourself in your own eyes at things you want to improve at without comparing yourself to Normies. i used to torture myself, i would sit there and think geee if only i could be as good at X as that Norman. And, work at it 100 times more than them and still fucking suck ass at it. Finally i realized, it's ok to quit, it's ok to give up, it's ok to hate Normies. Sometimes you just get dealt a shit hand, accept that your hand fucking sucks, and live your best life.

The obvious answer is willpower but there are things you can do to replenish your supply, much like taking health potions without which you will not be able to defeat the boss. Dont eat breakfast if possible, so that your metabolism never gets started. Drink a lot of water, and chug down a cup when you have a craving so that you feel full. Take a bunch of vitamins. Knowing that your body has the nutrients it needs is one positive mental fortification about health to keep you going. Plus, we are very lucky to have something like vitamins. Minerals in easily soluble pills is a miracle when you think about it. Next, eat things that will fill you up. It is amazing how I can eat either 2,000 calories straight of Doritos until I feel full, or a simple bowl of brown rice worth about 700 calories which will make me feel just as full. You could eat lettuce all day and never feel full, or you could eat bread all day and feel full until you chug some water and then you soften all the bread. Chew you food slowly, so that you break it down faster and also burn more calories and probably eat less.
And most importantly cut down on your fast food and fizzy drinks. My current goal is fast food once a week and energy drink once or twice a week because I love these things and grew up on them, the body just can't afford to eat it that often.
