I'm not a doctor or anything but I don't think such a minor injury will cause any najor problems as long as it's not infected. Do you piss a lot of blood or is your urin just slightly red? Does blood also drip out on it's own or only if you pee? If the latter for both of these, it'll most likely heal on its own, just keep your dick clean to prevent an infection and drink enough water to flush anything bad out. However if it's worsening in the next couple of days or hasn't healed at all in about a weeks time you really should go see a doctor. Especially if you're having trouble peeing. Be more careful next time and stay away from sharp/metal objects

Its not that bad of an injury but will most likely get infected because of your piss having to run over the wound. Just wait a day or so and see if it scabs up, and pay attention to how hard ot is for you to pee. If you can't or it continues to cause problems, seek medical attention.
