Does anyone actually care about any particular inventor or business man or even sports man? Do fans and admirers really care about them ? Or about the feats they have performed. Doesn't seem like real appreciation, but im not sure

Not everyone, but sure there are people who admire business men, inventors, and sportsmen.

Fans and admirer do admire them because of the feats they have performed, don't say it's not real since to be able to get 'love' from bf/gf you'll have to got some feats they found to be admirable. Like Big boobs, dynamite body, wealth, social standing/intelligence.

If you want some kind of unconditional love, only parents have potential for that, and even then not all parents are able to do that. Others will always 'love' you based on your feats.
