I eat tidbits daily,I'm addicted to it.At least 2700 kcal of it shoved down my throat for my "meal".

Where do you live to only have bread avilable ?
Also try to eat some low fat yogurt or something that will fill up your stomach so you are not hungry, but yet doesn t give you too much cals income.
Also cut a bit of what you eat everyday until you ve lost some weight.
It will need efforts ofc but if i can do it, you can for sure.
