Change your sheets one a week and have multiple sets.
The hair is pretty slick though, that's probably the big visible indicator. The skin is rough and covered in a very fine dry coating of skin that is dark, almost like a light tan. If it gets wet and constant friction is applied, it turns into a disgusting thick pasty gruel. Always tamp-dry if wet.

Fluoridated toothpaste would always leave me feeling retarded for like 15 minutes after brushing and that all stopped once I decided to actually get fluoride-free toothpaste, I even stopped washing my toothbrush with tap water as well as the tap contains fluoride as well and it would always leave me feeling fatigued and just stupid overall.

I only shower once a week or every other week and I only brush my teeth once or twice a month if I remember. I have pretty bad hygiene, but as far as I can tell I don't smell that bad. I have really long thick hair, so I can hide how greasy it is by just putting it up. No one says anything, so I doubt they notice.
