Pretty much when Im not working or in the gym Im on the internet. Im in the military so I spend weeks at a time out bush away from it doing physically demanding tasks so it balances it out.

You sound like a chad you should leave now.

Absolutely. I use it to fill the void, which is kind of looking looking at pictures of food all day instead of eating. Recently I've been in front of a screen ~10 hours/day, it sucks dick.
The fucked up thing is that the more time I spend online the harder it is to break away because when I turn off the computer I feel lethargic, moody, and have brain fog.

literally all day. I'm a NEET too so thats not helping.
I'm here all the time. I also make music and watch movies. Not sure if that counts as "online", but it's still in front of the computer.
I go outside sometimes. I have one friend I hang out with and go to uni when I feel like. Gonna drop out.
literally every waking hour most days, I am in a deep deep hole in life

Are you also a hikikomori or just a neet??.

If I'm not doing college classes then I'm on here, looking at youtube videos, or listening to music on youtube or soundcloud. I'm completely addicted. Wish I still found video games fun to play.

>Alcoholic NEET trying to stop drinking and turn things around
Same actually
The only time I'm not online is if I am sleeping or showering. Even if I don't have a connection I'll open my phone and browsed threads I saved so I could read them offline.

not all military guys are chads anon, there are robots in the military too
It's not an addiction if I can quit anytime I'd like.
I used to think I was. Turns out I just had way too much free time and no way to fill it. I think the internet is just a zero effort time killer so a bored person will grasp for it before going to something that requires effort or work.
Getting a job and some responsibilities put my internet use right down into the "normal" range.
