He's funny and smart as fuck, and above all, he's very loyal to his friends and family. I've noticed that normies hate him because they have no idea about all the shit he's been through, hence why he acts the way he acts. Trevor would get himself killed to save you if you're someone important to him.

That scene where he comes back to his trailer and his mom shows up out of nowhere. The way she treats him explains 100% why he's the psycho he is.
