When I stopped I couldn't lift my foot up, like the blood flow completely got cut off. Not even kidding, my foot literally did not work for a month and I never told anyone since I was ashamed of it and couldn't just tell someone irl 'hey i sat down playing vidya with my legs crossed for so long my foot stopped working!'

It miraculously just went away one day so it's all good.

Similar thing happened to me, only instead of my foot dededing I must've strained a muscle and was unable to walk properly for 15 or so hours. After that I was proper limping, massive sharp pain if I made the slightest mistake when "walking"

Only in my opinion that isn't comfy for me, i'm more of an ankle resting on my knee type or manspread but whatever works for you is fine.

Only remotely bad thing would be from a body language perspective is that you're "closed off" so to other people; you might look like you don't want to talk/interact with someone in a social setting but that's a stretch and doesn't dictate your behavior. You could sit like that and still carry a conversation
