What you gotta do is get it so that someones watching you when you wanna get stuff done, put ya laptop in the living room, screen brightness all the way up, and sit so you see a wall and cant see when their watching you. The worst part is you have to get dressed and probably showered too or you'll feel uncomfortable.

Watch some youtube videos with Tim Ferris. He has some really good time management tips.

Every night before going to sleep go to write in a piece of paper or notebook or what have you, a cronogram of whatever you are going to do the next day, fill out every half hour with an activity(or lack of it), and compromise yourself to a time to go to sleep, and a time to wake up.
And then... you know, actually do those things that you wrote. Ive done it and it worked wonders.
