I have a question for all speech impediment anons. Why can't some of you say a certain word or sound? Confuses me why you can't

I can't pronounce L if it comes in the middle of a word or after a consonant. Went to speech therapy as a kid, didn't help. It's tough to describe why, imagine that everyone in the world can throw a 100mph fastball except like 1% of the population, and no matter how much you practice it just doesn't feel right and never quite gets there. It's something like that.
I never had trouble with the word 'nuclear' until people started making fun of bush all the time. Now I can't remember which is the right way to say it and mess it up all the time

I have a pretty mild stutter, it only really affects me when I think about it and it doesn't impact me much mid sentence although i can st-stutter a little bit.
The main problem is sometimes I physically can't begin a sentence, for example, I see someone I know in front of me and I can't shout 'Hi anon' at them. I can't form the word in my mouth no matter how hard I try it just doesn't form. So usually I find ways around it, such as saying a different word or catching up to them and tapping them on the shoulder and pretend I'm trying to scare them or joke.

Think "nucleus" if you must dumbo.

I have trouble pronouncing the R sound, unless it's the first letter of a word. I usually speak very fast, so I just can't make the necessary movements to get the sound out and keep pace. If I emphasize it, I just end up drawing the word out and it sounds off.

Fuck if I know. Don't you think that if I knew what was wrong, I would've fixed it by now?
