Why dont you just improve your life?

There's no room for improvement here. I'm a failed waste of space.

This.
Once you're 20+ and haven't achieved anything, have no goals passion or hobby, you basically wasted your entire life.
I feel profoundly different in ways that make it seem impossible to attain true happiness and that it's better I just don't try.
And other people seem to want to constantly remind me of this.
Because I know it's never going to be the life I want and there's no point in trying.
It's hard to do it for so long. It's so painful when you give up after going for so long and achieving nothing. The plan is to try again when I get my own place.

Indeed. This describes me perfectly. I've tried having hobbies but nothing seems to interest me. I'm simply a mistake.
I can't change my genetic material.
If you want seriousness, then I promise you most robots here have tried numerous times, only to fail every single one. And the kicker isn't the failures themselves, but the consistency of failure -- sometimes taking on a variety of forms. After a while, it becomes obvious whether or not success is within your grasp.
>Well then you just gotta keep trying until you succeed.
To repeat the same actions over-and-over, and expect different results eventually, is often referred to as the definition of insanity.
