My ears keep getting red and hot for no reason and my cheeks

Flushing my friend. I used to get it really bad, but it has calmed down a bit. I have pretty bad rosacea so I blush and flush vey easily and I am always red in the face. Do you happen to have fair skin? Are you of Celtic descent?

Red Ear Syndrome (yes it's actually called that) is annoying but harmless. I get it about once a month. Nothing you can really do except wait it out. Sometimes I put ice on it, doesn't do much but it feels really good.

Are you fat or otherwise in bad shape?

I didn't used to have this problem when I played football (i.e. exercised 3 hours a day 5 days a week) and credit it to bad circulation.

Could be a food allergy or something similiar, gland infection. IgE mediated histamine degranulation. Mild Anaphalaxis. Viral infection like mono
