There's nothing worth finding, no interesting story. Just sick bullshit. I know things like this seem "rare" and pique curiosity, but it's nothing good. All you'll find is pictures of more kids in the same environment (restaurant, park, house, etc), and it'll just make you feel numb and somewhat uncomfortable. Ok so the simplest explanation is this...

Somebody posted the image on 4chan, possibly in thread with ACTUAL CP, an overzealous mod reported the image or something, and the archive sites are automated to block images that have been reported (they have image hashes or whatever, so easy to do).

So the reason it's getting blocked on those sites is simply that it was falsely flagged as CP.

I think the one of his dad might be slightly altered to get around the filter. If you click "view same" nothing comes up, so it's not the exact same image that's banned. The mom one still comes up like this, though.
