I have to decide what im going to do tomorrow and its stressing me out

Do you guys write schedules? Particularly NEETs.
I just wrote mine so I don't waste another day but it's mostly notes of things I have to avoid.
I'm getting up early so I can get back into exercising again, reading and working through a lecture series/booklet and hopefully going for a long walk. It's small shit but having it written down helps me actually get it done.
