for me my main symptom is that i just cant really eat, especially during the day. its so hard for me to eat a meal in the morning. i make an espresso every morning and i try to make eggs or something while the machine is heating up, but half the time i just stare at the fridge and try to conjure up an appetite for anything but it doesnt come for a while.

my stools are inconsistent and look very shredded. i also have to always shit when im outside and usually constipated at home

brain fog, depression and anxiety, paranoia, hallucinations in peripheral vision, seeing lights or flashes and static, vision getting worse, often nausea, fatigue, sometimes feel dizzy, sometimes i feel something like a slap on the head and the world starts spinning, like when you turn around in circles and suddenly stop, sometimes feels hard to breathe and heart feels weak, alternating between diarrhea and constipation, feeling like i have to shit soon after i do, pain in abdomen and around the asshole after shitting, shit often covered in black liquid, like black tea with shit in it

i went to multiple docs and they didn't do shit for me because healthcare in my shithole of a country isn't worth shit

there is only death awaiting me
