Today I had

For breakfast I ate 2 fried eggs sunny side up with 2 slices of buttered toast and 2 big cups of coffee.
For lunch I had a lean pocket pizza pocket with ice water.
For dinner I had a can of campbell's chunky wicked thai-style chicken with rice and vegetables.
Total calorie count for the day was around 1000. I also took a multivitamin just to be healthy.

Sandwiches in general aren't the best because bread. The bun alone adds like 200 calories. There's nothing all that bad about burgers actually it's usually the coke and fries that usually accompany them. Any one on its own is fine but when you add them all together it becomes a lot of calories.
Unless it's some kind of McWhopper with 3 buns and extra cheese and bacon and drenched in mayo sauce you're fine. You probably shouldn't eat 2 of them though. 500 calories per meal is a good rule of thumb, 700 max.
