That was me in high school. Invited to swim at a friends pool and decided it would be a good idea to smear my mothers cover up all over in a lame attempt to hide the out of control acne covering half my friggen body. Ended up bobbing around the pool surrounded by a flesh toned oil slick.
Accutane did wonders for me physically, but mentally the damage was done.

Like many others, I got rid of my acne by eating isotretinoin capsules (roaccutane).

My bacne caused some pretty heavy scarring, I often got patches of huge zits that could squirt streams of pus and blood. I always popped them and scratched myself bloody, so some of the scars are pretty big.

Fuck going to the beach, unless I can keep my shirt on

I eat 1 teaspoon (euro measurement) 3 times a day (about every 5-6 hours) along with food. but up the dosage if you don't see results within 2 weeks or if results are not enough.

Only side effect is if you overdose, say I forget if I took one of them and I accidentally do 2 in close interval, shit can get a bit loose.

Insane how it's not more known. But anyone suffering this problem in this day and age deserves it. It's a simple google session away to solve your problem but you'd just rather whine and moan about your situation and that is why you fail at life.

Mine seems to have gotten better since keeping my polyunsaturated fats in check. No more eating peanut butter out of the jar for me. Lots of chia, flax, hemp, walnuts.

acne cured when I started working out and eating proper, but scars will never go away. Back now has a lot of whiter/browner spots that look even weirder than acne, and in their places the skin is harder (like callused), so even in the dark it feels just like acne.
