I don't eat snack food unless its something like nuts or a banana. I also stick to veggies and protein. I'm at 150 now. I think it will be hard to go lower. Really it's breaking the habit of eating too much and eating shit food. I don't even really exercise and I already feel better and look better.

Almost completely eliminated sugar/HFCS. Significant reduction in portion sizes, like a third of what they were and just enough to kill hunger pangs. An apple or handful of cereal for snack, if necessary.

I don't really ban any food, but I very rarely eat bread and the likes. Also 2.5dl Fanta is the most I drink, but now I drink some 100% fruit juice without added sugar. Also, counting calories helps a lot, MyFitnessPal is a great Android app imo.

Lost 75lbs the past year. From 225 to 150lbs. Male at 5'8. Feel good, but /fa/ still says I'm fat. Aiming for a weight of 125lbs now. Goal was 140lbs but they said I will still be a fatty at that. I just want to look good in a leather jacket and be effay.

Make small gradual changes everyweek. If you completely revamp your diet and lifestyle over the course of a few days it's going to be too much too soon and you'll lose motivation and eventually end up where you started.

Start with cutting soda out completely. Drink water or milk. I don't even drink juice cause of the amount of sugar they add to it. Coffee and tea is fine.

If you're going to exercise I recommend swimming until you're in decent enough shape before you do things like running. Lower your daily calorie consumption by about 500. If you're a fat shit go for about 1800-2000. You'll be hungry when you're going to bed, just sleep it off you fat bastard.

That's going to make you lose weight pretty fast,but that will include some muscle. If you want to keep muscle mass you really should go for a slow cut. Something like 250 calorie deficit is perfect for maintaining muscle.

I went from 235 to 275-280 (it varies) in like 4 or 5 months. I just cut out the shit, mostly. Made my breakfast be eggs and toast always. Not exactly, you know, a health nut breakfast, but pretty good nonetheless.

I can't really get below 170, I don't think. Meaning I still have 10 pounds of extra fat still, but it's increasingly hard the closer I get to my limit.
