i would hold that since God is the sole source of Life, he is the very essence of fulfilment - and so to be in right relationship with one's Creator is to be united with the One who satisfies every need that a creature has

this is why the scriptures declare, 'The Joy of the Lord is your strength'


so in answer your question i would reply that in those moments where i am alone with Him while meditating on scripture and His promises therein, i find the deepest contentment, peace, and joy
