I'm not fat but water fasting is fucking great. I honestly feel like i've been "cheated" my whole life not knowing how good it was for you and weight loss. Don't try to cheat with 0 cal drinks though, you will fail

Fasting is great cleansing but not for longer term weight loss. Your cravings will come back and you will eventually succum to your old ways.

I waster fasted for a week. The first couple of day were hard, but after you get your "high" it's really easy and rewarding. You get way skinnier too.

I feel like if I try and fast I'll faint due to low blood sugar, because sometimes if I haven't eaten anything all day I start to feel woozy, so I eat some chocolate then I'm better.
