Let me expand on this, actually. There's an internet service in my country through which dealers can sell drugs, face-to-face with customers. Usually they also offer delivery to your doorstep, for an added price. Pretty much every drug is available, and the prices are good too.

And how is this possible you might ask? Our cops are so restricted here that they are literally not allowed to go undercover or lie about not being cops, so they can't touch the whole thing. The only way you get caught is if you drop the drugs from your pocket in front of an officer, because they aren't allowed to even search you.
