In the world we live in you're simply not allowed to suggest that women are being over-dramatic about "rape" or "sexual assault", so men have to be over-dramatic about it too to make a point.

This is why people have to pretend it's bad whenever a female teacher has sex with a male student. No one actually thinks sex is bad for teenage boys, but it's the only way to acknowledge the double standard. If you went the opposite direction, and suggested that it's not bad for teenage girls to have sex with adults, you'd be literally burned at the stake.
