Life is naturally a mix of the good, the bad and the dull. Depression makes everything seem either bad or dull or a mix of both, so unless your depression isn't chronic you'll always have a problem with enjoying life no matter what. Sure you'll be able to make it a bit better with meds and therapy but It'll ultimately never get better to a major extent.
