Just brew up some beer. Dogs love spent hops but just a small amount will kill them through malignant hyperthermia.

You don't need alcohol to make beer. I can't imagine a dog would drink enough alcohol to die anyway. You could probably just give the dog hops without using the hops, but you might as well use since you'd be getting hops from the brew store. It's like $30 for a basic kit of syrups and hops. Mix it together in pot and boil, remove hops and feed to dog, put beer in bucket and add yeast once cool enough. In two weeks you can celebrate the dead dog with a few cold ones.
