next time you get angry try breaking a lot of things and yelling at many people and keep it up until your shame shackles are busted

same and I used to have an anger management problem as a kid and teen. I think my mom blamed my anger outbursts for her boyfriend dumping her who was gonna marry her, So I felt very guilty and tried really hard to always suppress my anger, and became a passive wuss.
