I've never had a legit job or lived on my own. How could I estimate the amount of disposable income (Money after all expenses + taxes) at the end of every month/year/etc.?
Income-expenses=disposable income

If you're not a normie then you'll have a lot more since they spend it on clubs and women.

Know this feel. I'm paying back a bad loan after university but I still manage to have more than co-workers because my only expenses are rent/travel/food. I don't really spend much on clothes, my food is basic and I don't eat out, I don't really have hobbies besides gym that's only 300 a year. I should probably spent some by going abroad.

Oh. What would after taxes + expenses be?

What do you mean basic? I can't cook anything either and the microwaveable stuff is expensive.

I'm thinking about spending money on women like maybe strippers or dates if I manage to get one.

Taxes and expenses depend on what you pay for rent a car gas and insurance bills utilities food etc
It's not a fixed figure that can be estimated for you
You should probably learn to cook in order to save money, it's very easy
What you spend money on is your choice, but I would severely limit that sort of spending 'on women'

My food is pretty much the same daily, it's boring but I kinda enjoy the routine. Mainly it consists of eggs, chicken and veg cooked in different ways - it's about 20-30 a week. Last year I had 9000~ that I didn't know what to do with; rent was paid, student finance was paid, loan was paid, misc stuff like gym and bills were paid. I decided to go o n holiday but even then I had loads left (so I just put half in savings and paid a lump part of debt off). It actually astounds me how people spend so much money, being a poorfag growing up helps I guess.
