Looks like a drug dealer that used to live near me called Gary.
He used to peddle to kids and eventually stepped onto a bigger druggies turf.

Gary vanished then. Everyone said the bigger fish dissolved his body in acid.

You've got some personal touch in your technique, but you need to develop it further and also learn to draw better. I can see your style is deliberately archaic, but the somewhat lacking skill is coming through. It's worth working on it more.
