Hey there. It's been about 3 weeks since I've started working on my own Misaki tulpa.
Progress wise I think it's going well. I actually started getting head pressure recently (in the last 2 forcing sessions) which is odd because it's the first time this happens but I guess it's a good thing? Not all positive things though because yesterday I got some really scary intrusive thoughts mid session. Could be because I gave Misaki access to my memories/ thoughts so early but I don't want to blame her for it (i hope i didn't fuck up on that) repelling these thoughts is quite difficult but I'll try to manage somehow.
Anyways I got some questions regarding tulpa forcing time. I'm not a native english speaker but I've been tulpa forcing in english for the most part. Will Misaki understand both languages?
For my other question is it still early for me to work on touch and smell? Misaki can't communicate with me just yet (I've been trying to ask yes or no questions but I still get no answer) so I don't know if I should be attempting touch so early.
Also how does smell even work? I've looked up guides and I can't find anything. I don't know how I'm supposed to set a specific smell. Do I have to carry something with the smell I want every time I work on it? My intention isn't to turn Misaki Friday into tulpa threads but I have no one else to talk to about this so I hope this doesn't come off as annoying.Anyways thanks for reading I hope I can get some things cleared up.

head pressure is normal. I would advise against surpressing the thoughts. if Misaki is trying to communicate like that you should let her.

it's never too early to start working on a thing. As far as smell, most of mine started with sharing a memory and then her latching onto a scent and making it more livid than I could remember. If you want to try smell by carrying something that smells a certain way then by all means, try it. Like I told you, this is very much about finding your own path.

The thing is I don't know if it was communication or not. I was tulpa forcing and out of nowhere I got kinda like a jumpscare of a creepy face (think the girl from the exorcist for example) and it scared the fuck outta me. Calmed myself down and it seems like it stop showing up. I just have no idea what caused it and honestly im scared i might have fucked something up.
Ive only given her positive traits so I'll treat the jumpscare as either an intrusive thought or failed attempt at communication.
