I already have diagnosed autism this seems like a way to be even worse of than I already am. Plus I have friends despite being a virgin.

Well it's not technically the exact disorder as it's not a chemical rebalance but rather a reprogramming of your consciousness to generate another personality but it's all possible as it's really just a change in perspective that you view yourself through, as you have, I guess the best term would be deluded, yourself to feel another voice in your head
