I don't understand people that say shaving itches or hurts them. I have hairy legs and started shaving them a year ago. Never hurt. If anything it's more comfortable because I don't sweat as much and it feels and looks much better.

I suggest waxing. Soft wax for most hair, hard wax for crotch and armpits. Takes me over 3 hours but lasts 4 weeks. It really doesn't hurt that bad. Kits on amazon for both might cost ~$80. After you just buy new wax, strips, and sticks.
